Carbon fiber tubing utilizing advanced Nano technology. These lightweight pure carbon fiber tubes are carbon hollow rods with a 1mm carbon fiber wall, yet extremely strong. Round carbon fibre tubes made of 100% carbon fiber with a glossy finish. Tubes are made from 3K Tow carbon fiber weave, which means each weave group consists of 3000 carbon nanotubes with these Tows woven in a weave pattern, giving both vertical and horizontal strength. These tubes can have any number of uses, including RC cars and planes, projects requiring high strength-to-weight ratios, drones, and more.
All our carbon fiber tubes are made starting from a calibrated internal diameter, which will therefore represent the internal diameter, on which the various layers of carbon fiber will then be superimposed until the desired composition thickness is reached.
Our tubes can therefore be cylindrical, conical, oval, rectangular, with variable thickness, or with particular carbon fiber inserts. On the basis of the constituent materials and their arrangement, we have therefore classified the pipes into various types, which differ in rigidity and type of use.
